Elementary Italian Language & Culture I (OER Commons)
This OER is an online language and culture manual designed for students in higher education. It follows a 14- or 15-week semester. Registration to Canvas Commons is required but free. This OER features online grammar and vocabulary practice and interactive assessment of various kinds.
Italian 101 (ASCCC OERI)

Italian Listening Comprehension Practice (YouTube)
85 videos, in order by difficulty/learning level, that include listening and comprehension practice. Includes exercises and vocabulary set in restaurants, offices, hospitals, clothing shops, and much more. Many situational scenarios are presented with specific words and slang for each instance, including getting and giving directions, and the playlist ends with longer versions of the comprehension exercises that last up to an hour.

Speak Italian With Your Mouth Full (MIT OpenCourseWare)
The participants in this seminar will dive into learning basic conversational Italian, Italian culture, and the Mediterranean diet. Each class is based on the preparation of a delicious dish and on the bite-sized acquisition of parts of the Italian language and culture. A good diet is not based on recipes only, it is also rooted in healthy habits and in culture. At the end of the seminar the participants will be able to cook some healthy and tasty recipes and to understand and speak basic Italian.
