Ebooks are indicated by the terms "BOOK" and "Available Online" (see pic below). The good news about ebooks is that you don't need to be on campus or have a special device to access them. Ebooks can be viewed in your web browser. Simply click on the "Available Online" link:
Then, click on any of the blue links under "View Online" to view the ebook (see pic below):
If you are off-campus, you will be prompted to login with your library username/password.
