Rotation, side bending, flexion, and extension stretching will help loosen your neck muscles.

How to Make a No-sew Mask

  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water after removing a mask or after coming in from outdoors. 

  • Use the ties or loops to put your mask on and pull it off.

  • Don’t touch the front of the mask when you take it off.

  • For apartment dwellers, put the mask on and remove it while inside your home. Elevators and stairwells can be high-contamination areas.

  • Wash and dry your cloth mask daily and keep it in a clean, dry place.

  • Don’t have a false sense of security.

  • Maintain a distance of six feet from others when in public settings, especially indoors, whenever possible.

YMCA Offer Free Showers and Public Restrooms During Pandemic       

YCMA is closely following CDC guidelines and providing free showers Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. A government issued ID is required. Soap and shampoo are provided, but you must bring your own towel.
