Remember to be very careful with neck stretching exercises, and make sure you have a proper diagnosis from your doctor. Rotation, side bending, flexion, and extension stretching will help loosen your neck muscles.
CDC recommends washing hands with soap and water whenever possible because handwashing reduces the amounts of all types of germs and chemicals on hands. But if soap and water are not available, using a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol can help you avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others.
YMCA Offer Free Showers and Public Restrooms During Pandemic
YCMA is closely following CDC guidelines and providing free showers Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. A government issued ID is required. Soap and shampoo are provided, but you must bring your own towel.
